Hall Facility-A fee of $175.00 will be charged for rental of the hall with the following exceptions: If only a meal is requested, the hall rental fee shall be $75.00. Organizational and non-profit group functions will be examined on an individual basis. There will now be a $100.00 fee will be charged for clean up and setup which may be refunded. Kitchen Services-The kitchen shall be operated solely by the Mahoning Valley Ambulance Association. There will be no catering of food permitted. The cost per person will be $10.00 for a hot meal and $6.00 for a cold meal. Children 6-12 years old will be half price and under 6 are free. If the difference in meals ordered and meals served is excessive, a compromise for the number of meals billed will be made. HOT MEAL One or two meat (Beef, ham, pork, chicken, turkey), filling or mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes (if requested), creamed cabbage (If requested), gravy, two vegetables (corn, green beans, carrots, peas), rolls, vegetable tray (if requested), fruit cup (if requested), coffee, tea. COLD MEAL Lunchmeat tray (if requested), and/or BBQ, ring bologna, one or two kinds of cheese, potato, macaroni, or pasta salad (one or two), baked beans (if requested), vegetable tray, chips, pretzels, coffee, tea. ALL DETAILS CONCERNING TIMES, MENU, AND NUMBER OF PEOPLE MUST BE FINALIZED AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EVENT. A FOUNTAIN FOR BEVERAGES OR A TRELLIS IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL. Fountain-$35.00 Trellis-$20.00 The lease shall be totally responsible for bar services which include procurement (beverages, taps, ice, cups) and dispensing (bartender). The Association will supply tubs and pitchers for drinks. No minors shall be allowed alcoholic beverages. The association shall not be held liable for any circumstances resulting form the presence or consumption of alcoholic beverages. No alcohol will be permitted to leave the confines of the building or be consumed outside the building. The leaser is not responsible for articles lost, stolen, or left anywhere on the premises. Decorations shall be restricted to the tables and any free-standing objects. Thumbtacks, nails, staples, and tape will not be permitted on any walls, ceiling, or tables. CONFETTI WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AS A DECORATION. All beverages and decorations must be removed immediately after the party. The lease agrees to perform basic clean-up after a function and return the building to the same state as it was prior to function began or as agreed to by the association. Be it know that this building is a totally non-smoking facility. Anyone smoking outside must place smoking materials in the outdoor receptacle provided. All guests are expected to comply with the rule.
